Introducing groups and groups that can train Systema in Japan

To learn Systema, please participate in trainings and seminars sponsored by official Systema organizations and training groups throughout Japan, including Tokyo and Osaka.

In Tokyo, Systema training is held almost every day except Sunday, somewhere in Tokyo. Training is also conducted in Osaka, Kobe, Nagoya and Shikoku. We also hold seminars by inviting instructors from overseas and seminars for beginners several times a year. Multiple training DVDs are also on sale.

If you are interested, we recommend that you actually participate in the training and seminars.
